Welcome to Hartsbend Pottery!
What makes handmade, wheel-thrown pottery beautiful? Its orginality. On its own or within a grouping of the same form, not one piece will be exactly like the other. The overall shapes and forms will be the same and the designs with be very close, but none will be an exact duplicate of another. Even the glaze colors will vary, due to placement in the kiln, application, or even a heavy drip that went unnoticed.
